Effective October 1, 2026 and later: Use the updated Noncitizen Eligibility Desk Guide. For periods prior to October 1, 2026: Use the previous version of the Noncitizen Eligibility Desk Guide. Both versions will remain available in Streamline to ensure staff have the appropriate guidance when processing cases involving different eligibility periods.
