SAVE: Beyond Initial Verification

This mandatory training is intended for all SAVE trained individuals including Eligibility Specialists, Supervisors, and others.

The Department is upgrading Eligibility Specialists' permissions in the SAVE system on August 5, 2024. To ensure that staff are prepared to implement these processes, we have developed this training module. This training addresses the new permission levels, new processes, and updated guidance materials.

After completing this module we will meet back in the Teams meeting at the agreed upon time to discuss what we've learned, cover some important reminders, and answer any questions you may have. Afterwards, there will be a mandatory Knowledge Check that will test your understanding, provide immediate feedback, and track completion for your Supervisors.
